Well, staff abandoned us (again) to spend a few days on the California Central Coast.
She’s saw an otter 🦦 eating a fresh crab for lunch.

We heard mom doubled over in laughter so we peered over to look at her IPhone to figure out what she thought was so funny.

When mom was on her walk, she saw this beautiful flowering shrub. She doesn’t know what it is.

While Brofur Einstein and I were deep into our DUVET #Hedgewatch shift, mom was on her own Hedgewatch walk. It’s spring and there’s a lot of water in the reservoir.

There’s a bird that keeps pecking at the window by the back door. I have meowed to the bird to stop because it’s keeping me napping soundly. 😾
But it’s not listening to me.
Any ideas to get the bird to stop the pecking?

I’m at the vet for my yearly exam. 🙀
No warning, mom scooped me up and put me in the carrier.🙀
The vet was very nice and told me how handsome and healthy I am.
Then she trimmed my murder mitts.

The vet keeps wanting to check my BP and bloodwork so I am back at the vet.
According to the chart on the wall, I am a senior cat.
Brofur Einstein is “mature.”

I have been home for some time now.

The trip to the vet had been scheduled a week ago but mom had not informed me.
They’re concerned about my protein levels.

I had to wake mom from her nap and sit on her chest and stare at her before she gave Brofur Einstein and I our second breakfast.
We think remedial training will soon be necessary.
