We are in Sacramento this morning testifying in favor of SB 1057, calling for more youth voices participating in decision making in juvenile justice in CA. Aditi Sherikar, our Youth Justice Senior Policy Associate, is testifying now.

We’ve submitted an amicus brief to a federal court stressing the unconstitutionality of TX #SB12 . The bill would ban drag shows from being performed near young people and prevent LGBTQ+ youth from experiencing representation and expression:
