Word discovery of my afternoon is 'pang-wangle', from the 19th century. It means remaining cheerful in spite of minor setbacks (which I'm hoping would make you a pang-wangler).

Belfast (ME) is affectionately known as Moonbat City. We’re living up to that now with this family in the harbor— The little one, Joy, was here last year. Now we have the whole family!

My day as a Pirate Queen.

Today is my birthday, my 77th. And my husband and I both have covid. Which sucks.

Our dahlias have begun to bloom—this is the first year we’ve grown them, but it won’t be the last.

We have a humpback whale now in Belfast Harbor. Initially supposed to be a pygmy sperm whale, the College of the Atlantic says it’s a humpback. This feels so special, to have a whale so close.
