We have had a long, tough battle to stand-up for democracy around the world and support the courageous people of Ukraine.

Today, we won that fight, passing military and humanitarian support for Ukraine with 79 votes.

Today, the Senate will vote to send desperately needed aid to Ukraine, fulfilling our duty to support not just the Ukrainian people, but the entire Western world. This is a great day in American history.

Putin seeks to destroy Ukraine, but House and Senate isolationists want us to cut and run.

Republicans must hold this vote or accept history’s judgment that they lost Ukraine – and put the U.S. in greater danger.

During our visit to the Philippines, we met President Marcos to discuss our growing defense and economic partnership and reaffirmed our commitment to the Philippines amid China’s provocations in the South China Sea.

While meeting with South Korean President Yoon, we emphasized U.S. commitment to deterrence on the Korean Peninsula and the importance of cooperation with Japan.

In Vietnam, we spoke with senior officials about our security priorities and economic collaboration.

In Japan, we met Prime Minister Kishida ahead of his visit to D.C. next week and discussed Japan’s historic strengthening of its defense capabilities.

The U.S. has long worked with countries across the Indo-Pacific on shared security, economic & climate priorities.

During our meetings with Israeli, Palestinian, and Jordanian leaders, we stressed that degrading Hamas’ military capacity, securing the hostages' release, and protecting civilians in Gaza cannot be mutually exclusive.

We also reaffirmed our commitment to a two-state solution.

President Zelensky made it clear that without U.S. support, Ukraine will lose.

Congress must come together to support the Ukrainian people for their sake, for democracy, and for the world.

NATO is the most successful military alliance in U.S. history. Welcoming Sweden – after welcoming Finland last year – will make us stronger and safer against Putin’s aggression.

Now, the House must join the Senate and step up to support Ukraine.

An Israeli ground offensive into Rafah, through which aid to Gaza flows and where 1.4 million Palestinian civilians have relocated, would be disastrous.

The U.S. should continue to urge Netanyahu to change course.

Today, the Senate stood united in support of Ukraine.

What we were able to do together demonstrates to the American people and the world that we can meet this moment and overcome the divisions that tear at our democracy.

Tough Day for Putin

Netanyahu’s escalation of the conflict in Gaza does not serve Israeli, Palestinian, or American interests – only his political agenda.

Degrading Hamas’s military capabilities and protecting Palestinian civilians cannot be mutually exclusive.

Trump’s comments – telling Russia to do 'whatever the hell they want' to our NATO allies, where the U.S. has tens of thousands of troops – are an extraordinarily irresponsible invitation for Putin to make the world more dangerous and put American lives at risk.
