We ask why Oracle is struggling so much with their modest cloud infrastructure build-outs. Will building 747 hangars actually help?

When $ORCL says they 'are opening new and expanding existing cloud datacenters very, very rapidly', they are bonsai league compared to the hyperclouds.

Last quarter $ORCL complained they had huge demand they couldn’t fulfill because lacked data center capacity.

That was a quarter when they had lowest CAPEX in seven quarters.

This quarter $ORCL CAPEX ticked up a little but still down 36% from a year ago.
