Today, we have facilitated a live Hemovigilance Live session with our new Northern Ireland Haemovigilance Coordinator of the Haemovigilance team, Denise McKeown. A fantastic session was attended by 262 students, all core fields, in the final year of nursing students QUBNursing&Midwifery.

Feeling very privileged and honoured to have participated yesterday in the book launch event to commemorate nurses from across Ireland who served in WWII❤️ Yesterday was just a snippet of the untold stories and their courage … an absolute inspiration, a day I will never forget.

It’s shocking to think we are in a place in the world today that nurses and other medical staff and seeing and experiencing the horrors of war .
