Our paper on #titin missense variants causing #DCM is out in Cell Reports! 🎉 Combining #XrayCrystallography , #Biochemistry , #MolecularDynamics , and #Genetics , we found that variants decreasing hydrophobicity in the core of titin domains cause #DCM
