LIUNA union brass, much like police unions, don’t actually view themselves as part of the fight for workers rights through solidarity & only give a damn about themselves not the broader labor movement for equality, justice, etc. Aligning with PP proves that.

The HDLC might want to think about whether LIUNA should even be included in this years Labour Day parade since they seem to have no problem aligning with a party leader who attacks unions but especially public service ones.

In the labour movement, if getting “your share” means screwing over your fellow brothers & sisters in other unions, be they private or public, you can expect the people you align with to help you do that, to one day turn on you. Not a matter of if, but always a question of when
