June brought a change in structure to our incredible team of board members. We’re excited to share that Lara Dauphinee is now Board Chair, Chris Gailus is Board Vice-Chair, and Wally Oppal is our Honorary Board Chair.

Now that the warm weather is here, it's a great time to plan a summer fundraiser for the CKNW Kids' Fund! Here are a few ideas:

- Host a lemonade stand
- Organize a car wash
- Recycle with the Return-It program
- Ask your family to donate in lieu of birthday gifts

On June 6th, we were thrilled to welcome 3,500 kids with special needs to Picnic at Playland. A special thank you to Great Pacific Media Inc. for capturing this magical day!
