Undoubtedly, if doctors, nurses, radiographers, teachers, rail workers etc would’ve had a similar increase there wouldn’t be a sniff of a strike.

Do you see the massive disparity?

Thousands of teachers took eight days of industrial action for a fully-funded, above-inflation pay rise. We've been recommended to accept a below-inflation rise that comes with lots of vague details about funding and efficiency savings. Feeling pretty disheartened right now.

Funny how they never suggest that Parliament needs to make savings in order to fund MPs pay rises.

This Tory government is patently corrupt and cruel.
