It looked like Patrick Mahomes suffered a valgus-external rotation injury to his right ankle, causing deltoid ligament & syndesmotic (high ankle) sprains. His x-rays at halftime must have been negative for fracture but I would expect him to get an MRI tomorrow. #ChiefsKingdom
This patient is very happy 6 weeks after total ankle arthroplasty for post-traumatic arthritis. He had a lot of hardware so I removed the hardware during a separate operation. #orthotwitter

I have been using a 1.4mm K wire to help control the capital fragment with MIS bunion correction. Here, the m metatarsal head tended to go into varus when translated. I used the wire to supinate and control varus/valgus. How do you control the capital fragment? #orthotwitter
