Well it's not. It appears to be linked to 'leaky brain blood vessels and a hyperactive immune response'

Self Development Time (paid rostered time for eportfolio, audit, QI etc) was recommended this year. From August it's a compulsory 2hrs a week for all Foundation Doctors in England.
