Does Stevia mess with the microbiome? 🤔

A recent human randomized control trial examined the effect of Stevia intake on a white spectrum of gut microbiota as well as various markers of metabolic health & metabolism

The current protein RDA (0.8 g/kg) is far too low

It's based on studies that underestimated amino acid losses

Some better guidelines:

• 1.2 g/kg (minimum) to prevent muscle loss
• 1.6 g/kg if you're resistance training
