I'm exited to share that two new editorials on #painscienceinpractice have been published (co-authored by the one and only Kirsty Bannister). This time it's on descending modulation and how to measure the descending pain modulatory system (DPMS)

Static stretching studies often report increases in maximum strength. Importantly, such strength gains often imply a shift in the angle of peak torque towards longer muscle lengths, which is indicative of sarcomerogenesis.
