Have you been kind to yourself today? Very often, we are our own worst critic. We may judge ourselves more harshly than we judgr anyone else. It is good to have self-awareness. But it’s also important to show compassion to yourself. Remember to do it every day.

A life lived in fear is depressing. Get to the root of your fears, process them, learn from them, extract the good, keep growing. Laugh at yourself. Don’t take life too seriously. Dare to be silly. You’ll lose your balance at times, but fear not. That’s how you learn to master it

I had to see a dermatologist once eons ago. Upon seeing me, he grimaced at how tanned I was, said 'there’s no such thing as a safe tan' and told me to use sunscreen and stay out of the sun. Needless to say, I never saw a dermatologist ever again 😄☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

In a topsy-turvy world, I like to meditate upside down. Even if it’s just for a minute.

Your king is a human being. Your president is a human being. That celebrity you idolise is a human being. YOU are a human being. You’re all the same. Why do you worship & revere them? Why do you see them as superior to you? Use that energy on becoming the best version of yourself

You can’t change the world if you escape from it. Hide away when necessary. Surround yourself with what you need for your healing. Then challenge yourself. Come back and help heal others. True growth happens when you can find inner peace and show compassion when it’s hardest to.

Find stillness in movement. Let your worries go with each breath you exhale. Let your fears be carried away by the breeze. Focus your awareness on your body. Let mind and body become one. Move. Move a little. Move a lot. Move however you wish. Lose yourself in it.

If you really think it is okay to manipulate people into doing what you believe is right, to follow your ideology, then you are no different from psychopathic dictators of the past. And present. You just don’t have the power to cause as much damage. Hopefully you never will.

Every now and then, take a few minutes to quiet your heart and mind. Maybe concentrate on your breath. Or admire the scenery. Or even focus on your movement. Feel the beauty and calmness of your heart. The more you do this, the easier you can access that inner peace 💛🕊️

Effective => Useless
Protection => Harm
Pandemic => Over-testing
Misinformation => Truth
Anti-vaxxer => Health Conscious

No, I do not consent to being governed by anyone other than myself. I never have consented. How can anyone think they have the right to control others? And worse, how can anyone think they should allow themselves to be controlled? Stop signing your lives away to psychopaths
