I want to be very clear - I will not attend protests *unless* they have coffee, bagels, & nuts.

This sums up where I stand.

Honestly, I’m just perpetually disappointed in the people in power. I’m always shocked by their willingness to harm innocents, particularly children, to get what they want & I’m sad there isn’t greater respect for life.

No one on an Ivy League campus in the richest country in the world should be saying they need “humanitarian aid.”

You know who needs humanitarian aid? Palestinians, who are suffering under Hamas & Netanyahu’s heavy-handed response. These kids are a distraction.

Today Eliza went on a field trip to city hall where she got to meet the mayor.

She said Mayor Ted Wheeler is “nice” but she forgot to ask him if he’s ever met Taylor Swift. She’d also like to learn more about what he’s doing on homelessness b/c sometimes our neighborhood scares her.

1-I’m not sure how an encampment at Stanford is going to help Palestine. I don’t care how amazing the vibes are.

2-She talks about a “people’s university.” None of these people need to be at Stanford. No one is forcing you to be there. Withdraw & start a people’s university.
