Advice to cut meat from our diets is dangerous and irresponsible
Based on bad science and faddish ideology.

Should also have mentioned UsForThemUK 🌟 who bravely & consistently opposed children being forced to wear masks at schools.

They had to endure a lot of abuse for their trouble, including from well-known scientists who should have known better.

Fascinating aspect of the :
both claimed they had locked their State down less & done more to open schools.

Putting to one side the credibility of Newsom's claims, lockdowns are clearly viewed as an electoral liability in the US.

Of course the (utter!) failure of earlier predictions does not necessarily mean current predictions are wrong but at the very least, it should encourage a little humility amongst net zero proponents and a dose of scepticism amongst the rest of us.

So what is less surprising?

1. Matt Hancock claiming with zero evidence that lives would have been saved had we locked down earlier
or
2. Hugo Keith QC once again not challenging someone about whether lockdowns really were effective.
