I think teachers shine the most... not when they’re teaching well crafted, innovative lessons... but when they’re working patiently with students who are struggling.

Here's to all the teachers who are flying under the radar... not getting much attention. Their engaging lessons aren’t on Twitter. Their cool interactions with kids aren’t captured on YouTube. But they’re still crushing it. And they’re making a difference for a lot of students.

My middle school Green Ag students found this tiny treasure in the chicken coop. “Fairy eggs” or “fart eggs” (the preferred middle school name) usually have no yolk, sort of a hen egg-laying misfire.
