Bob Fosse was the American Fellini, and “Jazz” is his cynical, tortured, brilliant “8 1/2”. Tomorrow at Burns Film Center I will discuss the evolution of Fosse’s style, his filmmaking frustrations, and why he’s a pivotal figure in the history of the movie musical.
