Our 29 year old National🇳🇦 Full Marathon Record of 02:09:08 was smashed today by Daniel Paulus who ran the Daegu Marathon, he came 8th with a time of 02:08:40. Mee Helalia also ran and twisted her ankle during the run and still finished the marathon in 10th in a time of 02:31
