My heart goes out to the victim of yet another incident that could have been prevented with protected bike lanes & traffic calming. ALL our streets are for ALL users. I’m so tired of cyclists & pedestrians being reduced to the bottom of the food chain under cars & parking spots.

The hypocrisy of a “man dies at an East Bay BART station” with no mention of Walnut Creek until you click on the article versus “Cars set on fire at multiple Oakland sideshows.” The editors definitely know what they’re doing and how to get those clicks up.

While it may not be a near-term possibility, our goal is continuous bus lanes and protected bike lanes on the entirety of San Pablo Ave.
