And we are getting better tools than ever to help augment these amazing humans, and have them focus on the most fulfilling creative side of what they do.

This. We all complain about the fact that as companies grow they get slow. We tend to get bogged down. We can not do more in parallel. What if new systems could help with this? I think AI can help here.

One of my favorite things about LLMs is how they handle poor spelling and grammar pretty damn well so I can be sloppy in that way.

TIL about binary vector search... apparently there's a trick where you can take an embedding vector like [0.0051, 0.017, -0.0186, -0.0185...] and turn that into a binary vector just reflecting if each value is > 0 - so [1, 1, -1, -1, ...] and still get useful cosine similarities!
