Binge watched The Gentleman, final episode to go, so much better than the movie, which was ok but not great.

Sunday gym 🔥💥

Noticed about a month ago was getting a belly, wanted to drop 10lb in 6 weeks which was waaay too much, dropped around 5lb in 4 weeks mostly cardio plus more walks for the dog, pretty much happy with the result.

And still had one or two cheeky..
