An exceptional man; his legacy will be his efforts to preserve the history of the Winnipeg Police. Condolences to family and friends.
We pause this morning to honour and reflect upon the selfless contributions of Canada’s veterans - both past and present. Thank you to all those who have served and currently serve to make the global community stronger and safer.

Alex is a valued and well regarded employee of the WPS. It was nice to have MLA Asagwara drop by as part of #MLA2WorkDay and acknowledge the people that made Alex’s employment possible.
Thank you to @Chief_BLarkin & Fiona Wilson for helping to clarify the CACP's position on the decriminalization for simple possession of illicit drugs.

Diligent work by the Winnipeg Police Missing Persons and Counter-Exploitation Units. Working hard to connect families every day.
Thanks to all our community partners who helped out

Frank's contribution to policing in Manitoba is exemplary. A true trailblazer. It was my honor as Chief of Winnipeg Police and President of the MACP Manitoba Association of Chiefs of Police to have met him and pay tribute to his service. A remarkable story. Condolences to his family.
We all appreciate nice vehicles, but there are some vehicles on our roadways that emit more noise than others. That noise can carry for quite distance impacting neighbourhoods. We're asking motorists to mindful of their surroundings & respectful of the community. #WPSTraffic
MMIWG strategy is one of the objectives of the Winnipeg Police. Outreach is an integral part of the plan. COVID restrictions have curtailed a lot of this work. Great to work with our partners again! Sadly the exploitation of women and girls is still evident.
As we emerge from pandemic restrictions the need for blood supply is critical as more surgeries are scheduled. The Sirens for Life challenge is a way for first responders to contribute. Happy to help Canadian Blood Services!
