It’s been amazing to see SPILL shine! Congrats to Phonz is Spilling and team for building an app designed for the culture.

Most people do not care enough about your success to give you direct/blunt and honest feedback. Its easier to be nice and avoid conflict. Balancing being direct and empathy is a skill that has to be developed. I work on getting better at this every day. That’s how trust is built.

With the right music, the focus is unmatched.
