Our first stop was Matthew House Ottawa in #centrepointe , that is prepared to scale up and, at a 95% success rate, settle refugee claimants in permanent market housing. Approx. 35% people coming to shelters are refugees. This model could greatly reduce the pressure of our housing crisis.
