Does it hit a jury differently when a defendant who you normally can’t get to shut their pie hole (like somebody who always needs a gag order to constrain them and who talks to the media every day) doesn’t testify?

That seems different to me than a regular person not testifying.

Maybe some lessons from this trial will be brought forward.
