Thank you to all of our guest speakers! With over 100 attendees and thousands of dollars raised, we demonstrated that this is a grassroots movement ready to take on our opponent.

My opponent was indicted alongside Donald Trump for being a fake elector.

But what exactly is a fake elector?

Let me explain:

Tucker Carlson had one of the most watched shows on cable for years. Having someone as stupid as Trump come to power was only a matter of when- not if and it will remain so until we address how profit driven news sources have dominated our media ecosystem in the past 40 years.

Arming teachers, putting cops in schools—band-aid fixes for a national crisis. The truth? Keeping kids safe requires a dynamic array of solutions, and more guns in schools isn't one of them.

Trumps hair and make up could never handle the rain.

The three things I think about most-
1. How we can reduce gun deaths and get legislation passed to do so.
2. How to get more young progressives elected.
3. How we can build more high speed rail, with better local metro systems and high density transit oriented development.

Dealing with shit like this when I was getting my apartment after college was one of the most fucking annoying things I’ve ever dealt with. We absolutely need to increase the housing supply in this country.

I signed into law the most significant gun safety reform in nearly three decades.

But Congress must do more.

We need universal background checks, a national red flag law, and we must ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.

Today marks 25 years since the tragic shooting at Columbine High School.

Since Columbine, there have been hundreds of school shootings, exposing hundreds of thousands of students to the horrors of gun violence.

As the President has said, this is not normal, and it must end.
