OMG. Now they've decided nose picking leads to Alzheimer's or Dementia. Before that, taking Benadryl as a sleep aid would bring on one or the other. I've been sleeping like a rock with Benadryl, best 6 hr. of my day. Well I was with some pain meds. Now I toss all night.
