Contrary to the outrageous Israeli claims, the Colonna report confirms the UNRWA's professional approach to neutrality, which was found to be more developed compared to similar international organizations.

The Independent UN Investigative Group involved extensive field visits and engagement with various stakeholders across regions of operation, not only Israeli and Palestinian -- but a broad spectrum.

According to the Catherine Colonna report, which has just been released, Israel has yet to provide evidence for its wild allegations about terror-links of UNRWA personnel. This will no doubt impact the ICJ deliberations.
