The Senate Judiciary Committee has confirmed 191 highly qualified, independent, and even-handed jurists to the federal bench.

The Arizona Supreme Court upheld the state's 1864 near-total ban on abortion.

The case is remanded to a lower court. Barring any new decision from them, the ban is enforceable in 14 days. The implications are tremendous.
