It was formal night last night. I started with Cajun-Style Crawfish Vol-Au-Vent & then had a nice beef broth. For my main I had Chateaubriand of Beef Tenderloin, béarnaise sauce, madeira jus, berny potatoes, yellow squash. And the pineapple flambé! #emeraldprincess #cruiselife

Carved Beef Tenderloin, Romesco Sauce, maustroom barley pilla, butter grilled sweet potato, zucchini.

Today was Hilo. It’s the wettest city in the US receiving an avg of 12”/month! Our driver took us down Banyon Tree Dr. which has trees planted by such as Amelia Earhart & F.D.R. Then we went to the farmer’s market and did some shopping. #emeraldprincess #cruiselife #hawaii
