We went to the Crown Grill specialty restaurant tonight.
Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops, Salmon Caviar, Herb Beurre Blanc wilted fennel and leeks.
Shrimp and Pancetta Bisque chickpea croutons.
Filet mignon.
Warm Chocolate Mousse Trifle.

It was formal night last night. I started with Cajun-Style Crawfish Vol-Au-Vent & then had a nice beef broth. For my main I had Chateaubriand of Beef Tenderloin, béarnaise sauce, madeira jus, berny potatoes, yellow squash. And the pineapple flambé!

Today was Hilo. It’s the wettest city in the US receiving an avg of 12”/month! Our driver took us down Banyon Tree Dr. which has trees planted by such as Amelia Earhart & F.D.R. Then we went to the farmer’s market and did some shopping.

Skirt Steak Fajitas. For dessert I was able to manage a piece of Black Forest cake.

Had a nice day out with dad in Honolulu. We went out to the USS Arizona. It was a sobering experience. We then went over to the International Marketplace. I had the curry rice with fried shrimp, it was great! We then did a little more shopping and finally headed back to the ship.
