However, we need your help to keep the momentum going. More people are listening, and our ideas to support trainers and trainees are growing too.

This year with enough data we will report at a department level too such as

Where are trainees getting EDT?
Are LTFT trainees on balanced rotas?
Where is high quality Sim, US, QI and Research support and training?
Where is bullying occuring?

And explore raising standards

Royal College of Emergency Medicine is engaged with the data at the most senior levels. The survey was designed with the input of the RCEM's committee, helping to ensure the data is relevant not just to trainees but also wider system

We are working on NHS England and aim to improve the use of GMC data too

In 2021, we released a series of 10 different infographics highlighting challenges and inequalities in training provision
