Lovely to have some time with TouchBase facilitating a thinking space. We covered so many different areas of practice within the contexts which we work within and live within and had some really meaningful connected nuanced conversations.

Wonderful meeting with another fab person talking about so many different important aspects including making forms more relational, creative, transparent and much. Small tweaks make a big difference.

Back with one of my orgs with a range of meetings and thinking spaces focusing on their ongoing journey to further embedding and infusing the trauma-informed values, principles, lens, and ways of being and doing into the fabric and specific areas of the organisation.

Really enjoying this book by Dr Karen Treisman, MBE, Clinical Psychologist , I think as a whole trauma is viewed in a very small scope by health professionals - usually thinking of physical assaults and PTSD. This has certainly opened my eyes more to the impact of loss and weathering as #trauma .

Fab couple of days and eves. Caught up with 4 of my gorgeous friends separately- went down memory lane and had a lot of fun at the Cruel Intentions musical. Meandered down the canal and through the vegan market.

Look what just arrived! I’ve been reading it on my Kindle but I couldn’t live without full access to the beautiful graphics. I have to admit I am disappointed they’re not in colour, but I get why.
