Looks like I have something in common with Raffi Cavoukian. I had a #heatpump installed just in time to keep me cool during the summer and now it's keeping me warm during a cold snap. My heating bill is half what it was last winter when I had an older model gas furnace.

There's an important teaching moment here. Delta Police Department did extraordinary work in very challenging circumstances, and a distressed individual is someone's father, brother, son... it could be any of us.

Solving problems means changing the status quo. Ontario's announcement to recognize credentials from health workers in other provinces and territories after Feb 23', means the status quo is changing in a major way.

It also moves forward a conversation we need to have nationally.
