KAPIOLANI PARK
The plane, emergency landing on Kapiolani Park near the Shell, was removed. A flatbed truck was used to get it out of the park.

The Kaneohe bound lanes of the Likelike are OPEN.
Opened up about 4 minutes before 5 am.
The highway will be closed again tonight at 9 pm until 5 am for more final work on the highway. Honolulu bound lanes will be worked on next week.

Turns out that is a rubbish fire on Pensacola St.
It was rubbish put out on the sidewalk. HFD is putting it out.

He was on a moped.

FSP is gone. No hazard lights on along the freeway by the Makakilo on-ramp to H1 east.
FSP can only take you to the nearest point of relief...and the vehicle was on the right shoulder.
Private tow must be called to take you to your destination.
