❤️ Didn’t expect to get a mention in the The Times and The Sunday Times today about the £100,000 we’ve raised for local charities with all this running, but lovely nevertheless!
💪 Let’s keep putting the best place in the country on the map!
I’ve written to Norfolk County Council about the amount of road signage being left dumped and not cleared up on our verges. Total waste of taxpayers money.
Many thanks to Heather Harrison and Paul Bailey who alerted me to this. They do incredible work cleaning up so much litter and debris.
That’s it. TCS London Marathon complete. Happy with 4.37.46. Now I’ve got to get some rest and recover in enough time to run the Norfolk Marathon next weekend and break that £100,000 raised for local charities. Feeling ok, few blisters. See how the legs are in the morning. 🏃♂️💪
A massive well done to Duncan Baker MP who has completed the first of his two marathons raising money for Norfolk charities - we are so grateful to be one of them 🎭
Best of luck to Duncan Baker MP and Andrew Robinson who will be running the London Marathon tomorrow! Andrew is raising funds in aid of Norfolk Community Foundation and Duncan in aid of 52 Norfolk charities via the Foundation #ShineBrighter
❤️ Nerves are settling, family and support crew have turned up! What more could I want.
☁️ Conditions for tomorrow’s TCS London Marathon look cool and dry. 🏃♂️👍
Thank you Duncan Baker MP for supporting us, wishing you all the very best for tomorrow.

🏃♂️number ready! So here we are. The start of my double marathon challenge, all for 52 North Norfolk charities. You can track my progress with the TCS London Marathon app and number 58177. 😬 Very nervous, huge challenge to complete this but £100,000 will all go to local good causes❤️
Huge thanks to Chris Sutton for raising with me that former professional footballers are four times more likely to die of CTE Dementia than the wider population due to repeated head impacts. Privilege to mention him in Parliament and the work he has been championing on it.
