Just saw a TikTok where a woman said “do you actually want it or do you want other people to see that you have it?” and WHEW! I feel like more ppl need to ask themselves this, because what they THINK they want, isn’t what they actually want. What they really desire is acceptance.

Healing taught me that honesty wouldn't ruin a real thing. Speaking about your feelings won't lose you anything worth having. Setting boundaries won't scare off proper people. & authenticity won't cost you genuine relationships.

In every imagination I have pictured myself in, I’m never poor.

Take your woman's advice. She'll style you better than you'll style you.

Cardio improves your energy and focus.

Strength training improves your cognitive ability.

Walking stimulates BDNF, which acts as fertilizer for the brain.

Having a habit of exercise is a long term investment in your brain health.

To have someone understand your mind is a different kind of intimacy.

Any amount of money is obtainable.
Any physical ailment is curable.
Anything is possible.
