Right now, NY law bars anyone with a felony conviction from serving on a jury, no matter the offense or when it happened.

Because people of color-especially Black people-are over-criminalized and incarcerated, NY's jury ban overwhelmingly bars people of color from jury service.

We should absolutely abolish undercover cops. They are professional liars.

Did you know that in 'progressive' NY you can never again serve on a jury once you have a felony conviction? Never. We have a way to fix that - the Act has tremendous support in Albany and it's time to pass this crucial bill - Join our rally next Tues in Albany!

You represent Dallas, which has a smaller population than Manhattan, so let’s compare.

Homicides in 2023…
* Manhattan: 105
* Dallas: 275

I notice the people usually ranting and raving about people getting out on bail and committing crime—namely the police themselves—are deadly silent about this. It’s almost like the problem has never been about bail and crime, but specific ppl they want to weaponize bail against

A near-total abortion ban from 1864—decades before women could vote & decades before Arizona was even a state—will soon take effect there. It’s outrageous.

Remember: this is brought to you by Trump. He supports cruel bans like these, & he made them possible by overturning Roe.

Someone stole William Woods’ identity. The LAPD arrested him, believing the identity thief over him.

A judge later sent Woods to a mental hospital because he maintained (rightfully so) that he was the real William Woods. I interviewed him here

Imagine someone steals your identity. You report it to the police. The police believe the thief & arrest you for not being you. Then the judge puts you in a mental hospital for saying that you are you.

That’s what happened to William Woods, and it’s how justice works in America.

This law, which Kari Lake supports, was written and signed 48 years before Arizona even became a state.

It's the kind of legislation Donald Trump would want every state to pass if he wins again in November.
