From what I get, it implies imposing fines on persons who don’t disclose arbitrarily demanded info on organizations (funding is already declared to the state and transparent) and even the personal information of employees protected by the personal data protection of the state.

BREAKING: GD quietly amended the Russian law before the third vote to extend gov’t access to personal information & impose heavy fines on individuals. It no longer includes just organizations. Persons will be subjected to freezing fines, making their lives in Georgia impossible.
