Every time I open Stately.ai, I am blown away by the experience. Not many extremely useful dev tools are also just pure fun to play with. Here's one I made 🐙 React Rally 🤖 last year about conference attendance!

JS default array sort treating index as string doesn't matter until Spotify player takes you from 1 to 10 as the next track. True story!

All the leetcode questions asked from those engineers to evaluate their problem solving and foreseeing corner cases and still see this happening.
This is fine, just proving yet again leetcode style evaluation is flawed.

not using xstate is the dumbest decision. it was fairly complex before but great to see it being simplified in v5

When your dog class inherits the human class.

DS & Algo type of interviews are great. Leetcode style of presenting, however, is horrible. Leetcode style at best measures your engineering and pattern matching based on similar trainings. Design type of questions including DS & Algo are much more effective for problem-solving.

I do love TypeScript.

But I don't think I've ever felt as much joy - or as much like a badass senior dev - as when I used XState every day.

Taught me more about building complex UI than every other bit of tech combined.

Do yourself a favor and start with recursion. Learn thinking recursively and you’ll thank me later.

Jamon v5 really helped to reduce the library complexity, while still empowering us to deal with complicated logic in our apps.

XState is one of those underestimated libraries that I wish more people knew about.

I’m proud to have worked with Laura for 3 years. She’s an absolute legend when it comes to UX, accessibility, content and privacy. Hire her before it too late!

LinkedIn is an interesting platform. It’s not inexpensive for sure. Even with premium subscription, it still keeps certain profile views a mystery. What’s the point of paying then? A power game I suppose.
