Great leaders know that momentum leaks, so they constantly carry and cast vision to motivate, inspire and encourage. Great leaders have vision in their eyes, and one person with vision can change the world!

Great leaders are willingness to serve in sacrificial, humbling ways. No complaining and no murmuring. No need for praise, thanks or encouragement. They have a pure desire to experience the joy of simply of serving.

Become what you want others to be!

If you want great friends, you need to be a great friend. If you want a great family, you need to be a great family member. If you want great teammates, you need to be a great teammate.

Great leaders keep present tense with God. They don't talk about what God did, rather they talk about what God is doing. Changing DID to DOING changes everything. Great leadership is about TODAY not YESTERDAY!
