Jumped on the calisthenics bandwagon outside a church in Montreal! I’ve started liking this city quite a bit!

Last year, my heart rate started hitting 190-209 while playing soccer. I still play sports, but I'm 10X conscious now. It's suspected to be SVT.

As someone who turned 31 last week, if there is one thing I'd ask everyone to focus and double down on right away - your health.

1. Be yourself and don't put up a show.
2. Value people over things.
3. Wait for it, shit will work out.

Pickup the phone and talk to someone you haven't in a while! It's awesome.

The Carnegie Mellon University fence today

Finally played football (soccer) in -3 degrees with mad wind. Initially I was scared if I'd be welcomed by strangers, but people at the Carnegie Mellon University field were super friendly and inclusive.
I had a ball time.

Just 3 weeks since I'm here and I've found a group to play with!

I wish more young people dreamed about being inventors, engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs than influencers.

No one warned me about the real withdrawal - no stray cats or dogs.

I'm so used to petting, feeding, and observing them. Animals make me happy.

I did see deers roaming behind the house last night tho.

Unbelievable.

1. Woke up - saw I qualified for the booster.
2. Looked up a pharmacy a mile away.
3. There was a 'walk-in' option.
4. Walked-in.
5. Vaccinated with booster in a few mins.
6. Came back and worked till midnight.

I repeat, unbelievable.

Started a new journey on my birthday.

I am, perhaps, the luckiest person. I've always had the best people in my life.

I would have laughed at 22 if someone told me I'd be able to turn 30 one day. And now, I get to study at Carnegie Mellon University!
