222 Minutes We were told that if we worked hard, we would get ahead. What we weren't told was that we would lose half of our income to taxes, to be squandered on those who did not work as hard, & on those the prime minister wanted to gift our hard-earned money.

Deborah McNamara (she/her) 222 Minutes Right now my income tax is 43%, and when I spend the remaining 57%, it is taxed at 15% GST. So more than half of my hard-earned money is taken by the taxman.
So here's a suggestion. How about if everyone paid 25% of their income in income taxes?
