I stopped by St. Jacobs Market today to meet some of the hardworking farmers and craftspeople who make the market such a great place to visit and show off the best of Ontario agriculture.

And of course, no market trip would be complete without trying some famous apple fritters!

This morning, I wrote to the prime minister to echo the calls of my fellow premiers for an urgent meeting on the federal carbon tax.

It’s time we came together as leaders to address the concerns of Canadians and do everything we can to help them keep costs down.

It was great to be in beautiful Town of Georgina yesterday to announce that they would be receiving over $1.5M through the Building Faster Fund.

In 2023, Georgina surpassed its housing target, ensuring more Ontarian’s can have an affordable and achievable place to call home. 🏡🏗️

NEW: Ontario added 26,100 new jobs in March, including 7,100 in manufacturing and 11,400 in construction.

Since we came into office in 2018, #Ontario businesses have created over 700,000 new jobs.
