Yeti just opened a flagship store in New York City.

It's a two-story, 6,000 square-foot storefront that's right across from Madison Square Park.

What started in 2006 selling coolers (at 10x the price of any competitor), has become a ~$3.5 billion brand.

Incredible story there

Anytime I post about popular brands such as, Chick-Fil-A, Jersey Mike's, OrangeTheory, etc.

There are *always* replies saying that company sucks, their food is trash, etc.

..even though the brand is objectively outperforming.

Lesson: even the best have critics - embrace it

The lawsuit led to a settlement:

Hershey's Ice Cream was granted exclusive rights to sell ice cream and its related products (sorbet, sherbet, frozen ices) under their name.

Meanwhile, Milton's Hershey's could use its name to sell pretty much anything *other* than ice cream.
