We had a hospitalist who always had the lowest length of stay. We asked him how he did it:

'Every day, I ask every patient 'what do I need to do to get you home?''

It seems harsh at first but could be a good way to address barriers and keep that conversation going.

Traction for difficult and failed cannulation; great for challenging papilla within a diverticulum. Have great success w it. ERCP scope channel can accommodate 2 devices; very helpful. Any thoughts -experience with this?
