She’s been seen publicly for the first time since Channel 4 News released damning revelations confirming Post Office management knew of issues with remote access to its Horizon system

We will explore options after recordings revealed by Channel 4 News show it is likely that former CEO Paula Vennells misled Parliament in 2015 and 2020 when denying she knew that Fujitsu UK could alter Post Office branch accounts remotely.

Liam Byrne, chair of the cross-party Business and Trade Committee has said he will “explore all options” to sanction Paula Vennells for potentially misleading of parliament.
