@frftoyota Dear FRF. Every time we go to Newport with our car it isn't a pleasant experience. Vlame the customer or poor communication. Please improve your customer services at site or we are considering ditching the brand.

@frftoyota we have had a toyota yaris for almost 3 years no problem then this week the battery went flat and AA found battery is faulty and not holding charge. Dropped off at Newport only to be told it is a lifestyle issue and we need to drive it on longer journeys! Rubbish.
