I just heard one of Mufti Menk's bayans, and what I listened to truly stunned me. Upon immediate reflection, I realized how true it is! He said, 'Anxiety is fear.' We become anxious because we fear. Fears could be numerous, whether about the future or even the present.

With all the uncertainty in the world, it’s easy to feel hopeless. Don’t waste time wishing things were different. Where you are right now is where the Almighty wants you to be. Do your best. Trust Him. Believe in Him. Whether it’s a blessing or a lesson, thank Him.

Whatever the Almighty has planned for you is for you alone. No one and nothing can stop it from coming to you. Just keep believing. Just keep trusting. It will unfold in due course, according to His timing, not yours. Remember, with Him nothing is impossible.

Want to change your life? Start keeping small promises to yourself. Something that takes no more than 10 minutes each day. When we overload ourselves, our subconscious mind creates resistance, and we give up. Baby steps are the true path.
